J+ Group at Compass Commercial Represents Buyer in Rare Acquisition of Belle Meade’s Only Multifamily Building

J+ Group at Compass Commercial is proud to announce the successful closing of 694 NE 76th Street, a ten-unit multifamily property located within the prestigious guard-gated neighborhood of Belle Meade in Miami’s Upper East Side. The property sold for $2,280,000, or approximately $228,000 per unit.
