Zack Martin

Born and raised in Southern California, Zack has been connected to real estate for as long as he can remember. After graduating from the University of Miami, he kicked off his real estate career at The Irvine Company— an experience that gave him a strong foundation in relationship-driven service and large-scale property operations.

 

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch OrderOut, a software startup built for the food delivery industry. The company was ultimately acquired and Zack found himself ready to return to the world he knew best: real estate. He partnered with a local real estate group to open an RV storage facility back in California, and that project pulled him deeper into the storage sector. Consulting for facilities across the country helped him recognize just how passionate he was about commercial real estate.

 

After almost 15 years in Miami, Zack combines local insight with a career shaped by sales, entrepreneurship, and the relentless will to win. His goal is simple: help clients win in every commercial real estate transaction.
