Jesse Spencer is a Miami-based real estate entrepreneur, investor, and founder of J+ Group at Compass. With more than $350 million in closed transactions, Jesse advises investors, property owners, developers, nonprofits, and organizations across commercial and investment residential real estate throughout South Florida.

His work is particularly focused on value-add real estate, repositioning, and redevelopment opportunities. Jesse has extensive experience identifying ways to enhance an asset through thoughtful changes to design, operations, leasing strategy, and overall market positioning. Rather than looking at a property solely through the lens of a purchase or sale, he approaches real estate through the full life cycle of an asset from acquisition and underwriting through renovation, leasing, stabilization, management, and eventual disposition.

Through J+ Group, Jesse has built a multidisciplinary approach that connects brokerage and investment strategy with the realities of owning and operating real estate. He is also the founder of reLEASE Miami, a boutique property management and asset operations company focused on leasing, renovations, capital projects, and long-term property performance.

Jesse's education in advertising continues to influence the way he thinks about design, branding, architecture, and experience and how each can shape the way a property is perceived, used, leased, and valued.
