Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Fernando was brought up in a hard-working family that has had a focus on Real Estate and whose main motivators were making the people happy while improving the community. Growing up, Fernando was instilled with a strong drive to work hard and continue his family’s successful legacy in Real Estate. Surrounded by family active both in real estate investment and interior design, Fernando developed a passion for the industry at an early age.

In 2012, Fernando joined the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a supervisor, where he successfully executed his principles of trust, honesty, integrity, leadership, respect, and commitment. His background in hospitality has given him an understanding that customers are the most valuable asset an organization can have. His guiding motto is to always anticipate and respond to client's wants and needs. Fernando is passionate about helping people and will be alongside you every step of the way.

Though Fernando grew up in Puerto Rico, he has always considered Florida his second home, traveling frequently and as well studying there as well, before making Miami his full-time residence. Fernando has been constantly living across the world. Fernando has lived in Puerto Rico, Florida, Switzerland, and most recently Poland. He has many personal interests but the ones that stick out the most are traveling, cinema, and finding new exciting locations to dine at.
